Dominion Defense Academy

Dominion Defense Academy is an 18-week youth leadership and citizenship program designed to equip students with the knowledge, character, safety skills, and confidence needed to become responsible members of their families, communities, and nation.

Through a unique combination of civics education, constitutional literacy, firearms safety, emergency preparedness, physical readiness, leadership development, and career exploration, students gain practical life skills while developing a deeper understanding of personal responsibility and servant leadership.

Dominion Defense Academy is designed for students ages 10 and older who are ready to develop leadership skills, civic understanding, personal responsibility, and safety awareness.

The program is ideal for homeschool families, private school students, youth organizations, churches, and families seeking a structured educational experience that combines academics with practical life skills.

Dominion Defense Academy is primarily an online program designed to provide flexibility for families while maintaining meaningful instructor interaction and accountability.

Students complete weekly lessons through the online learning platform, watch instructional videos, complete workbook assignments, and submit coursework electronically for instructor review and grading.

Throughout the 18-week program, students are also invited to participate in several in-person training events that provide hands-on learning opportunities and qualification experiences.

While students may complete the academic portion of the program online, participation in the in-person events is strongly encouraged for students seeking the full Academy experience, qualification opportunities, instructor sign-offs, and certifications.

Dominion Defense Academy is an 18-week program consisting of weekly online instruction, workbook activities, graded assignments, and in-person training opportunities.
Students progress through three levels:

Level I: Foundations of Citizenship, Safety & Readiness

Students build core knowledge in constitutional principles, firearms safety fundamentals, and physical readiness while preparing for their first live-fire experience.

Level II: Civic Participation, Emergency Response & Skill Development

Students expand their understanding of government, civic engagement, emergency preparedness, and responsible firearm ownership while completing SAFER medical training.

Level III: Leadership, Qualification & Community Action

Students apply their knowledge through leadership activities, career exploration, qualification preparation, and a community action project focused on solving real-world problems.

Students study constitutional literacy, civic engagement, leadership, emergency preparedness, physical readiness, and responsible firearm ownership within a structured and supervised environment.

Live-fire training is an integrated component of Dominion Defense Academy and is included as part of the program experience.

Students who are unable or unwilling to attend the in-person training events may still complete the academic portion of the course, including all civics, leadership, career exploration, emergency preparedness, and workbook assignments.

Students who do not attend the required in-person training events:

• Will receive grades for completed coursework.
• May complete all academic assignments.
• Will not participate in live-fire exercises.
• Will not participate in qualification events.
• Will not receive instructor sign-offs.
• Will not receive Dominion Defense Academy certifications.

Program tuition remains the same regardless of participation in the live training events, as all students receive access to the complete instructional curriculum and materials.

SAFER is Dominion Defense Academy's emergency preparedness, first aid, and personal safety component.

Students who successfully complete qualification requirements receive instructor sign-offs and Dominion Defense Academy certifications.

Students completing only the academic portion of the program will receive grades for coursework but are not eligible for qualification sign-offs or certifications.

The tuition for Dominion Defense Academy is $585 per student.

All live-fire and medical training events are conducted under the supervision of qualified personnel, including:
